IEP Clarity provides educational document review services to help parents better understand their child's Individualized Education Program (IEP), evaluations, progress reports, and related school documents. Reviews are delivered as written summaries, possible concerns, and suggested questions to bring to the school team.

Our service is informational and educational only. It does not constitute legal advice, advocacy representation, clinical evaluation, or a substitute for guidance from your child's school team, attorney, advocate, or licensed professional.

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Payment is required before a review is generated and delivered.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a review has been purchased.

Because each review is custom-prepared based on the documents you upload, we cannot offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits. Please review your selected plan carefully before completing checkout.

By using IEP Clarity, you agree that you will:

• Only upload documents you have the right to share.
• Not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own child or a child you are authorized to support.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any review will achieve a particular outcome with your school team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEP Clarity and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific review at issue.
